Restorative Face Massage

My facial treatments are completely different than anything you have ever experienced before.

Traditional facials include cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, masks, serums, and moisturize… The whole topical product works! You can do all of that at home though. You don’t need me for that!

The skin that we treat topically is only 0.1 mm thick. It’s underneath that layer of the skin where all of the life occurs:

• blood circulation
• lymphatic flow
• cellular waste and toxin removal
• hydration
• connective tissue and fascia health
• collagen and elastin production

And of course, nervous system focus. All of this can be achieved through advanced massage, which is why every single facial that I offer is 100% strictly massage-based.

Nurturing the nervous system is my main focus of every single face massage.

I start each facial off with breathwork (I’m also a certified breathwork coach) to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and then I go straight into the most deeply nourishing, soul-healing, face-lifting, skin brightening, relaxing treatment that you have ever experienced.

Along with each facial, I also offer education. You leave this experience not only super relaxed, calm and renewed, but you also leave having a better understanding of your skin.

When you walk into my treatment room, I make sure you release everything…

• the clothes that restrict your lymph flow while the heated massage table soothes your tension
• the hair tie that holds your hair up all day long, so that I can gently massage your scalp
• the tightness that you hold in your chest that we release through breathwork at the beginning of each treatment
• the tension that your facial muscles hold from everything that life throws at you
• all of the stress that your nervous system has to endure through sound therapy, gentle breathwork, human touch, and very slow, intentional massage movements
